Below is the ALINAFEDWARDS returns and exchange policy.
Delivery takes 3 to 5 business working days excluding weekends and holidays.
The customer is allowed to inspect the goods on delivery and if the parcel is incorrect, can liaise with the ALINAFEDWARDS to have it returned and exchanged
We will allow a return on an item of merchandise returned within 14 days of the date of delivery /receipt provided that:
- The original invoice is presented on the return as proof of purchase.
- The price (swing) ticket is attached.
- The item has not been worn or used.
- The item is in its original condition and packaging.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE PROCESS
Please note the following when returning:
- All returns will be exchanged to different size,colour,items .
- You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your item(s).
- Please send back to the address below and will exchange and send back, please write a clear note on the item you want to exchange saying which size, color or item you want to exchange with.
- You can return the parcel using any courier company that will deliver to the address below
- Items must be sent back within 14 days of the delivery date.
- We don’t accept a return after 14 working days.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.
- ALINAFEDWARDS is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
- If You Receive Wrong Parcel send email to support@alinafedwards.co.za and log the return with them. They will organize a courier company to collect the parcel.
- Returns are free of charge On The Incorrect Delivery but the original courier fee will not be refunded.
